What are dried fresh flowers?

Fresh flowers are delicately chosen and dried naturally in optimal conditions so as to retain their colours and form. We seek to bring you great aesthetic pleasure with rare varieties of flowers which are otherwise not available in the region.

What is the life span of dried flowers?

Dried flowers are not entirely dead (yet). We enhance the lifespan of flowers by removing moisture before placing them in an airtight container. The lid/cork helps to keep out moisture from the air which allow the flowers to maintain their dried form for a long period of time with proper care. Typically dried flowers exposed to air last between 6 to 12 months. More durable species like cotton or statice flowers last up to 5 years or more. When the flowers gradually lose colour and wither, it is time to get them replaced.

Will the flowers be exactly the same as the display photos?

Each of our floral display or accessory is unique and delicately hand-crafted with seasonal flowers. Due to the fact that flowers are available on seasonal basis, they are picked and dried seasonally. Not every flower in the photo will be available at the time of order. We promise to deliver the product with the same style and mood of each arrangement.

How many types of flowers will there be in my display?

The number of flowers vary according to the chosen style and size of the display.

How do I care for them?

They are really simple to care for as they do not require water. Keeping your flowers away from moisture and direct sunlight is the key to keep them long lasting. An air-conditioned or low humidity area around your home or workplace will be an ideal location to display them. These easy care tips similarly apply for dried flower accessories too.

Doorstep Delivery

Kindly ensure that address and contact details of recipient is valid as signature is required for doorstep delivery. In the event if recipient is uncontactable, the delivery will have to be reschedule with redelivery fees applicable.

How do I make payment? 

We accept online payment via Paypal. Kindly note that prices on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Can I make payment via Bank Transfer? (Singapore)

You will receive an invoice email when you select "Bank Transfer" during check out. Complete your payment (within 24 hours) into our bank account.
For overseas order, kindly proceed to your respective bank to complete payment via Telegraphic Transfer.

What is PayNow service? (Singapore)

PayNow is an enhanced peer-to-peer bank transfer service which do not require exchange of bank account numbers. You can send money instantly with just the mobile number or the NRIC/FIN of any recipient. This service is currently available to clients of these seven participating banks: Citibank Singapore Limited, DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and United Overseas Bank.
